Modern state of the art veterinary hospital looking for PT/FT Veterinary Assistant.
Experience preferred but not required. On-the-job training provided.
You must be caring, patient, willing and able to provide, quality, compassionate care for our client's and their pets so that they are safe and comfortable.
You must be willing to work as a team player.
You can expect to care for sick or injured animals so you must be able to carefully follow instructions.
You must be reliable and on time for work.
You must be legal to work in the US.
Looking for a motivated self-starter able to work with minimum supervision.
Pay and hours to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Basic Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients effectively and escort them to the exam room.
Assist the Veterinarian or Licensed Technician\Care for injured and sick patients.
Follow instructions carefully.
Restrain animals as needed.
Perform lab work as needed.
