An Update to Our COVID-19 Procedures: You’re Now Welcome Inside Our Building!
Beginning Monday, July 20th, we will be allowing clients to accompany their pets inside our building for their appointments.
We’ll still be checking you in at your car to keep our lobby as clear as possible, so please call our reception when you arrive in the parking lot to let us know you’re here.
In the interest of safety, we’ll be enforcing a few new rules. These include:
· Mandatory masks for anyone entering the hospital
· Social distancing of six feet or more between clients and staff
· One client per pet* allowed inside
If you have a double appointment for multiple pets, we still ask that only one adult come inside.
Prescription pickup will continue to be handled curbside.
