Veterinary Receptionist

Modern state of the art veterinary hospital looking for Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist.

Experience preferred but not required. On-the-job training provided.

Basic expectations and responsibilities:

  • You must be caring, patient, willing and able to provide quality, compassionate care for our clients and their pets so that they are safe and comfortable.
  • You must be willing to work as a team player.
  • You must be reliable and on time for work.
  • You must be legal to work in the US.
  • You must be able to work evenings and weekends.
  • You must be able to communicate with clients adequately.
  • Skillful in answering high volumes of phone calls efficiently and politely.
  • Capability to learn and understand our practice management software.
  • Ability to function during stressful situations.
  • Follow instructions carefully.

Pay and hours to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
